Day 12, Swiss Vacation 2013 – First, Grosse Scheidegg, Schwarzwaldalp

With iffy weather, we chose a route with multiple options and alternative escapes.

Starting with a mandatory stop at the bakery in Grindelwald, we took the gondola up to First, walked over to Grosse Scheidegg for lunch, and then took the panoramic trail down to Schwarzwaldalp where we waited for the bus to take us back down to Meiringen and the train to Interlaken.

I also purchased some alp käse. Yum!
